Winemaker's Notes:
The La Tache and Swan clones produce rich fruit and floral notes underpinned by the minerality and structure of the La Cruz terroir. The wine has power, finesse and a bright acidity.
Vintage characteristics:
2018 was a near-perfect growing season, according to the Wine Industry Network. Excellent weather leading up to harvest allowed the grapes to ripen evenly, without moisture or heat spikes.
